All Systems are delivered with a one-year warranty.
All maintenance and technical support is provided by Delta-Xray
at its facility in Arlington, VA, on a 24 x 7 basis.
PROCEDURES:
The customer contacts Delta-Xray Technical Support. Initial troubleshooting
is conducted by phone.
- If the problem can be isolated to a modular component, a replacement
component is immediately shipped to the customer. Upon receipt of
the component the customer contacts Delta-Xray by phone for assistance
with installation and testing.
- If the problem cannot be isolated to a modular component, the
customer ships either the entire x-ray system or a major sub-system
(e.g., the VCU imager) to Delta-Xray for repair and return.
TURNAROUND TIME:
Normal turnaround time is less than 10 working days after receipt
at the Delta’s facility.
